DAY 16 (Aug 7): Cremona to Modena, 903, 71.5, 863, 12 ft/mi (flat) Today's ride is flat and we cut south to ride through Parma and then on to Modena for the night.
  • area is famous for famous Italian sports cars
  • might want to stop in Parma for lunch

  • to do: former ducal palace that is now a military museum (Accademia Militare di Modena) with a cool library; 11th century cathedral, etc.
  • staying at: Hotel Real Fini
